Graeme Nahkies
Based in Wellington, New Zealand, Graeme Nahkies has successfully led large, complex organisations through major policy, organisational and cultural changes. He has held CEO positions in local government and health. Graeme has been a member of numerous boards in both the commercial, public and not for profit sectors and was awarded the N.Z. Institute of Directors' Study Award in 1994. Since 1995, Graeme has undertaken a wide variety of corporate governance and strategic consulting engagements.
 
Terry Kilmister
Terry Kilmister is an experienced director and has over 20 years experience of corporate consulting. This work has included governance development, strategic planning, quality management, business facilitation, organisational review and management development and mentoring. He is personally trained by leading USA governance expert Dr John Carver.
