To assist a national network of community companies to address its overall governance structure and processes, we:

	designed and facilitated corporate governance workshops for company directors throughout the country
	wrote a corporate governance manual
	assisted the National Board to put in place a new corporate governance structure and system and to induct new directors
	provide regular updates on emerging governance issues
	continue regular speaking and consulting engagements with individual company boards of directors.

Should the board initiate a major expansion of company operations? To help the board resolve this major issue, we designed and facilitated a three-day strategic thinking retreat for the board and executive team. The outcome was a clear-cut decision supported by the board and key executives.
