We helped the elected members of a city council to lift their understanding of governance effectiveness issues and advised on major changes to the council's governance structures and processes to address some of the performance issues identified.

Governance effectiveness in Crown agencies |
Initially engaged by a government department advising a Minister of the Crown on governance effectiveness matters, we subsequently led the ensuing design and facilitation of board effectiveness reviews for Crown agencies in that Minister's portfolio.

Hospital network - a new company structure |
To assist a network of church-sponsored hospitals to restructure their governance arrangements from a federal to a centralised structure with a strong business focus, we helped recruit new board members and design appropriate governance processes.
